Dance Directory is a trading style of ABOUT Dance

Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) offers both online and offline services for which payment via credit card can be made – dependent on costs and products such payment can / may be paid on an Annual or Monthly fees basis with such fees either in part or in full being taken in advance of services provided. 

Payments for Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) services are non-refundable for the current month or year (dependent on subscription type and/or of service.)

When can I cancel my monthly/annual billing for services?

You can cancel at any time and Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) will continue to provide you with a normal service through to the end of the term you have paid.

Example: - If you paid for a recurring monthly subscription service, you can cancel during the current month and your next payment will not be taken as long as such notice is received by us at least 48 hours before the start of the next billing period. 

What happens when I cancel?

Should you decide to cancel your monthly/annual service, your account will remain active through the end date of your current billing period. 

Suppose you require assistance to move your website. In that case, Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) do offer a movement service for which £100 (+ VAT) is made on the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any issues found or identified with any other hosting service.

Refunds

Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) design and development services require an initial payment of 25% upfront as a deposit with a further 25% payable before seeing the first draft. The deposit and/or draft payments are non-refundable from when the work starts or when conceptual designs have been produced. If you choose to cancel before the start of the work, you will receive a full refund less any transaction costs on your deposit less also a charge for any research already undertaken or 3rd party software/services already purchased.

Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) requires a final payment balance upon completion of the project but before anything is set live and /or handed over. Any queries or issues with the work must be raised with the Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) before the final settlement. Any issues which may be raised after the final payment will be dealt with at the discretion of Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance). 

Any bugs or coding issues resulting in further testing will be addressed by Dance Directory (ABOUT Dance) if and only if there has been no interference or alterations made by any 3rd party and/or individual. 

Printed items are bespoke and as such any cancellation after such requirements has progressed into the print production stage will not be entitled to a refund of any kind unless there is an element of print finishing (folding, embossing, die-cutting) which will not be fulfilled.
